The system consists of two ball stretchers (both 15 mm high, with a hole diameter of 35 mm) that can be locked with Allen screws, as well as three screw rods of different lengths that can also be adjusted in length (long, very long and - ouch - very, very long ... :). All material is made of stainless steel. Of course, all the necessary keys and detailed instructions for use are included. Intensive training stretches the scrotum longer and longer and puts it under tension. In the first instance, you start with a ball stretcher, which stretches the scrotum with its own weight. After a few weeks, the second phase follows: wearing two ball stretchers at the same time. This is when it gets more intense (and more interesting :): then you start to use the different sized intermediate pieces, the length of which can be changed by turning the middle piece. If the first intermediate piece is too short, the second slightly longer connecting piece follows and so on until you have screwed on the longest piece to the very end and the bag drags across the floor.
